Birthday Dinner

Saturday Night

The birthday dinner will be on Saturday night. It will be a sit-down meal served in the main dining room. You are asked to make your menu choices in advance for ease of catering.

5:30pm Fizz and Canapés in the lounge

6:30pm Dinner is served, there will be three courses with red and white wine

8:30pm Drinks and dancing for those tired of sitting


If you need a vegetarian or vegan option please let us know.

Note that the beef will be a fillet cooked medium and will be pink.

Menu A – Seasonal Autumn Menu

  • Mull Scallops with Celeriac and Sultana
  • Aged Highland Beef with Smoked Potato and Onions
  • Bitter Chocolate with Salted Caramel and Hazelnut


Menu B – Traditional Winter Fare

  • Cauliflower Soup with Warm Cheddar Soda Bread
  • Roast Chicken with Potato Terrine and Root Vegetables
  • Apple and Pear Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream


Friday night

Please let us know if you will want a meal when you arrive on Friday to help us with catering numbers.
